Privacy Policy

EarLoop（以下简称"本应用"）是一款多语言听力学习应用。我们非常重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用这些信息，以及您拥有的权利。

EarLoop ("the App") is a multilingual listening-learning app. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. 我们收集的信息 Information We Collect

• 账号信息：当您注册账号时，我们会收集您的电子邮箱地址，用于登录与跨设备同步。
• 学习数据：您的学习进度、收藏的句子、播放偏好设置，用于在设备间同步并提供连续的学习体验。
• 设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本，用于故障排查与改进服务质量。
• 我们不收集的内容：本应用是"听"英语/日语/中文的学习工具，不录制您的声音，不请求麦克风权限，也不收集您的通讯录、位置等无关信息。

We collect: your email address (for sign-in and sync), learning progress and favorites (for cross-device sync), and device model / OS version (for troubleshooting). We do not record your voice, request microphone access, or collect contacts, location, or other unrelated data.

2. 信息的使用 How We Use Information

• 提供账号登录与学习数据的跨设备同步；
• 改进应用功能与用户体验；
• 处理您的咨询与反馈。

Your information is used to provide sign-in and sync, improve the App, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

我们不会将您的个人信息出售给任何第三方。

3. 数据存储 Data Storage

您的数据通过 Supabase（我们的数据服务提供商）存储在其位于境外的服务器上，并采取合理的技术措施保护数据安全。传输过程使用加密连接（HTTPS）。

Your data is stored via Supabase, our data-service provider, on servers located outside mainland China, protected with reasonable technical safeguards. All transfers use encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. 第三方服务 Third-Party Services

本应用使用以下第三方服务，它们有各自的隐私政策：

• Supabase：账号、学习数据的存储与同步。
• 应用商店（Apple App Store / 各 Android 应用市场）：应用分发，其数据处理遵循各商店的隐私规则。

Third parties: Supabase (data storage and sync) and app stores (distribution, governed by their own privacy rules).

5. 您的权利 Your Rights

您有权访问、更正或删除您的个人信息。如需导出、删除数据或注销账号，请通过下方联系方式联系我们，我们将在合理期限内处理。

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To export or delete your data, or to delete your account, contact us at the address below and we will handle your request within a reasonable time.

6. 儿童隐私 Children's Privacy

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童提供定向服务。如您是 13 岁以下未成年人的监护人并发现其向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们删除。

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you are a guardian and discover that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us for deletion.

7. 政策更新 Changes to This Policy

我们可能会更新本政策。重大变更将在应用内或本页面显著位置通知您。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的政策。

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
